The goal of Women on Weights is to educate and support you in moving toward your current health & fitness goal, no matter if that is improving your posture, increasing your strength, losing body mass, gaining body positivity, working on mobility, or all of the above!
This small-group, six-week class teaches you proper weight – lifting etiquette, technique and routine, while building a support group of women who encourage one another in the gym.
You’ll see positive transformation in not only your body, but also in your mind as you strengthen every part of you!
